11-Member Governing Board Of The Office Of The Registrar Of Companies (ORC) Inaugurated

Highlights from the ORC Governing Board inauguration show the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Hon. Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine, swearing in the 11-member Governing Board of the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) on Monday, 18th August 2025.
Members of the Governing Board, including Mrs. Maame Samma Peprah, were charged with improving compliance, promoting trust, strengthening zonal offices, and supporting Ghana’s ease of doing business rankings. The inauguration marks a key step in guiding the ORC toward modern, efficient, and internationally aligned corporate governance.
